    Hi Jaimie
I think the topic of faculty development will be helpful for your program with building your simulation team. As you mentioned consistency in simulation varies between faculty. Working together to develop for your program will be allow all of your team to feel part of the process. I am sure Sandra, Karen & Elizabeth will have some suggestions during our live session for module 4.

    Hi Lynn
During our live session for module 4, we will discuss the topics of interest. There may be a way to explore these topics together in a simulation. Its possible to build a simulation that includes all of these considerations. Certainly 2 topics that require exploring to build simulations that reflect the needs in education and healthcare. I am sure Karen, Sandra & Elizabeth will also have some ideas to explore one or both of these topics for your project.

    Hi Sophia
It was nice meeting you during the live session. All health professions are currently trying to increase simulation in the curriculum and map courses. It would be really helpful to develop your team of simulation champions to assist in conversations about where simulation could be utilized in the curriculum. Your experience in simulation will be beneficial in all aspects of needs assessment, considering schedules, equipment, faculty training, writing scenarios and all the aspects of coordinating the learning. I hope you can add some tools to your simulation kit to inspire you to promote simulation in your program.

    Hi Tania
It was nice meeting you during our first live session. You certainly have many areas that you are working in simulation and congratulations on being in the final stages of your Masters in Adult Education in Health and Curriculum. I thought of a couple of possible connections for you and I am sure Elizabeth has some as well. Charles Richer is the Director of Learning for Kognitiv Spark and they have been developing collaborations in Eastern Canada for project work. Just a thought. Also Elizabeth and I worked with a rural hospital in Ontario to begin a multi disciplinary simulation for their new massive hemorrhage policy. They presented with us at the last Simulation Canada Symposium on their process. Initially they were building awareness of the policy to roles when we worked with them. Eventually they wanted to simulate a massive hemorrhage. They were also beginning to build a simulation team in the hospital. Truly inspiring practitioners.
