Good morning,
I agree I have listened to a few of the podcasts suggested primarily while driving to and from work and they are fantastic. From listening to others experiences I am able to draw comparisons to scenarios that I have encountered as well as look for advice in how to approach these. They have been fantastic. I am currently working in the position of education coordinator of a simulation lab. My predecessor in the role did not have as much passion and unfortunately things had not changed in the lab in over 10 years. I am currently in the position to hopefully spark new excitement and innovation in the uses of simulation.
In listening to the Needs Assessment podcast I realized where I need to start in my plans for growing simulation into our curriculum.
